Welcome to Nadik. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order. By using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Using Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that breaks any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, fraudulent, or infringes another person's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or its systems
• Use the site to send unsolicited communications or spam

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site if these terms are breached.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We will confirm receipt of your order by email, but this does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation.

We may decline an order at any time before dispatch — for example, if a product is out of stock or if there is a pricing error. If we decline your order, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has been received.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on our website include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but if we identify an error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.

5. Delivery

We only ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany and France. At this time, we are not shipping to the U.S. due to current import tariffs.

We aim to dispatch orders within a reasonable timeframe. Usually betweenn 3 and 12 days, depending on location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will keep you informed where possible.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected]. We will follow up with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine how to prevent it in the future. 

For orders placed outside the UK, we will not accept cancellations.


7. Returns and Refunds

Purchases of our products are final sales. For logistical and sanitary reasons, Nadik does not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your package.

If the outer packaging shows visible damage upon arrival, please take clear photos before and after opening it. We will also require photos of the damaged item(s) inside.

Once we receive your photos, we will review the issue with you. Because our creations are handcrafted with unique, upcycled materials, an identical or similar replacement may not always be possible. Depending on the situation, we may—at our discretion—offer one of the following options:

• A similar handcrafted replacement (if materials allow)

• An alternate replacement item of equal or lesser value

• A partial refund
  
  

If your order does not arrive, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. Please also let us know so we can investigate the issue on our end. Because postal and shipping services are outside of our control, full refunds will not be issued for lost or un-delivered packages.

Please Note: At Nadik, we take great care in packaging every item securely. If a package or item arrives damaged or faulty, it is typically due to rough handling during transit. For this reason, all replacements and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and granted at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to [Nadik] or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our prior written consent.

9. Our Liability

Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing or using items and services from Nadik, you agree that you do so at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nadik, its owners, and its affiliates shall not be held liable or accountable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or death resulting from the purchase, use, or misuse of any product or service.

All products are provided with clear item descriptions, including materials and care instructions where applicable. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to review product descriptions prior to purchase and ensure items are used safely and appropriately. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your use of the products.
